Dauren and Joan met in kindergarten, forming a bond that would grow into a lifelong friendship. By the time they turned 18, their friendship blossomed into love. This past February, they celebrated 30 years of marriage, a testament to their enduring commitment to each other.

As the founders of Knot Easily Broken, Dauren and Joan Francis are passionate about helping others build strong, God-centered marriages and relationships. Their mission is to empower, mentor, and counsel both couples and singles, emphasizing the belief that marriage is a sacred union that goes beyond the individuals involved. Dauren, an ordained Reverend and Associate Pastor, is also an inspirational speaker, leader, and certified life coach with the John Maxwell Leadership Team. Joan, an evangelist, holds a bachelor's degree in theology and Christian counseling. Together, they are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those who seek guidance. Their dedication lies in equipping, inspiring, and leading others toward achieving personal and relational goals. 

Dauren and Joan are proud parents of two sons, Darnell, 28, and Jayden, 21, whom they love dearly.
